Ebru Cimen Tarhan

Ebru Cimen Tarhan was born in İzmir, Türkiye. She completed her undergraduate education in Business Administration at Middle East Technical University (METU). After graduation, she began her career in corporate banking and later worked in human-capital consultancy at Ernst & Young. Today, she serves as the US Loyalty and CRM Program Manager at Shell, where she oversees loyalty programs and direct communications across all digital and paid channels, focusing on customer engagement and personalized experiences. Beyond her corporate role, Ebru Çimen Tarhan is active in community and diaspora-oriented work: she is associated with Assembly of Turkish American Associations (ATAA), contributing to efforts that connect and support Turkish-Americans. Her background — from a Turkish upbringing in İzmir, through international education and corporate banking, to a leadership role in a major global company combined with diaspora community engagement — reflects a bridge between cultures and professional excellence.
