Lydia Borland

Lydia Borland brings to The Livingston Group more than 30 years of public and private sector experience in international business and government relations, providing representation for foreign embassies, U.S. companies overseas and foreign companies in the U.S. Throughout her career, Ms. Borland has successfully created and managed campaigns to secure financial assistance and favorable legislation for U.S. and non-U.S. clients. She has significant experience in trade promotion, market development, and matchmaking between U.S. and foreign-based companies. Ms. Borland speaks fluent Turkish as well as Spanish, Italian, Azerbaijani, and French. She earned a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
